Simple Egg Salad
Ingredients
- 6 hard boiled eggs (chopped)
- 1c bell peppers (chopped)
- 3 green onions (chopped)
- 1T mayonaise
- 1/2T dijon mustard
- salt to taste
- red pepper flakes to taste
