I can’t believe we made it six months in Malabo without visiting the Equatoguinean National Park. It’s more like a Central Park or the National Mall than what we would think of as a wildlife preserve, and it’s full of beautiful spots and places for kids to play. Now, we’re regular visitors. It’s a great place to get the kids out and playing, and it’s fabulous for meeting friends for playdates. There are 125 acres of safe open space for kids to run around in, and us moms can sit in the shade and relax without having to watch our kids with an eagle eye.
And it’s gorgeous.
